What is the attire for the event?

What is the schedule for the event?

Doors open at 6pm and the event concludes at 9pm.

Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

You will need a credit or debit card to put on file to participate in the silent auction. We accept cash payment for any raffles or other activities during the event. We also accept any cash donations to ACS!

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

We are hosting the silent auction online. Please visit the Auction page for more information.

Can I make a  donation?

Yes, of course! You can make a donation anytime on our website. If you wish to discuss a larger gift, mission giving, or sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to Hannah.Birchfield@cancer.org.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

You will receive an email with a receipt of your purchases after the event. If you wish to discuss further or have it re-sent, please reach out to mary.waldrop@cancer.org.

How will my donation be used?

your donation makes a difference in the lives of cancer patients by providing crucial research, free lodging and transportation during treatment, advocacy, and so much more. If you wish to learn more about the work ACS is doing with the support of your generosity, please visit our website.
